Mottlock refills for Mitbox 2 traps textile moths

The Motlock refills for Mitbox Aries are environmentally friendly (without insecticide), effective for 12 weeks. They protect your textiles by preventing and controlling the development of textile moths.

Information: The pheromone (sex hormone) is released into the atmosphere quickly attracting male moths looking to mate. This keeps them glued to the trap and can not reproduce. The amount of trapped moths allows you to assess the degree of infestation.

Entomology textile moth:
The textile mite (Tineola biselliella) reaches a size of 4 to 9 mm with a wingspan of about 4 mm. Its front wings are golden yellow, its hind wings of a grayish white satin. Females lay 100 to 200 eggs deposited directly on textiles in small groups or alone.
The larvae hatch 2 weeks later and reach adult size in the next 3 months. 3 to 4 generations per year can grow within, mid and heated about 2 generations in unheated areas.
